As the client, you can have as much - or as little - input to this process as you’d like.

When it comes to selecting contractors, we know compatibility is important. During this step, you’re welcome to select a contractor that you know and trust - or we can suggest a contractor who we know will be a good fit.

Monitoring
CM Squared can monitor programme, costs, and quality throughout the construction phase. This ensures that all of our clients are on the same page as us - they know where their project is sitting, every step of the way.

Handover
During the final step, we can settle all final contractor claims, and source the required documentation from the contractors to obtain local authority Code of Compliance Certification. Too easy!
